We struggled to find a decent place to eat late at night due to the restaurant being closed. No room service was available either. the lack of telephone in the room made communication with the staff difficult.
The quality of the breakfast was unreliable and did not meet our expectations, especially on the first day.

During our romantic escape, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Krasnodar. the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to help us. We also enjoyed the lovely house dog, who was like a guardian taking care of everything. the hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to move quickly to nearby attractions and restaurants.
We had a negative experience with breakfast on the first day, as it was very poor. We were told that the person responsible for shopping does not start until 10 am.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and the staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel had a variety of facilities that catered to our needs. We were very impressed with the breakfast spread, which had a good selection of food that filled us up for the day. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
Nothing to fault. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time.

The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We loved the friendly house dog that kept an eye on everything. The hotel's location was perfect - we were able to easily explore the city and nearby attractions.
The breakfast was not up to our expectation on the first day. The explanation was that the 'man' goes shopping only at 10 o'clock.
